My 2025 Chevy Blazer EV had an internet issue. I called OnStar for help, they tried everything and told me to go to the dealership. Guy had the problem fixed in like 5 minutes!
Excellent service, so quick, and everyone is kind! I have been to Belvidere Chevy and Rockford Chevy however, I will only be going to Harvard now because they have way better staff with great customer service skills. 10/10 will always recommend Harvard Chevy.

Communication was good and transaction was expedited. I appreciated them arranging for transportation of my vehicle. Once I receive the vehicle and examine it I'll know better about this experience.

Even though I've been around for 76 years, this was my first time buying a car by myself. Rob was very patient with me and helped me find a car that was just what I wanted. The paperwork was crazy, but was explained well. I do wish Harvard Chevy offered a few more perks for new customers buying a new (almost) car like a free first oil change or a full tank of gas in the car when driving it off the lot. This is what I experienced in the past with the Ford dealer, but maybe times have changed.

I have a 1967 Camaro that my son had replaced the original quadrajet with a holy sniper. Bottom line - car did not run well at all. I decided I wanted it taken out and the original quadrajet installed. Also wanted a 160 degree thermostat reinstalled. Anyway I was told by Martin and others that they had a superior mechanic, John, that worked on cars like my Camaro and that he was excellent. Scheduled maintenance early in the morning and was serviced the same day. Dealship and service center were clean and staff was friendly. Quick turn around and good work.

The add on the website said the vehicle had 25 miles on it. When we were doing paperwork is was then noticed that it had over 1300. No compensation was offered.

Rob is the best. No doubt about it. He is not your typical car salesman pushing you to buy. He hears what you have to say, really making sure you are confident in your decision.... not pressuring you into a quick decision you may later regret. I saw a car On Auto trader. Listed for 18 500. When I got to dealer, it was 19,000 mentioned the price increase kind of disappointed they didn’t honor from offer I sent in.

Harvard Chevy is my preferred dealership for purchase and service. I recommend their service department and their sales department. They're just great to work with customer satisfaction. It is a very high priority.
I use the service department on a regular basis as a business partner in the automotive repair industry. I will say they are great to work with. They always give me an eta for a completion date and time and always deliver on that promise. I have never had a workmanship issue there and would say they are highly trained technicians. It has been a pleasure working with Keith the service manager and his well-trained staff.

While they offered me a deal I shouldn't have been able to refuse, the cash I'd need to put down to offset being "upside down" in my current ride wasn't available. no returned calls. indicator not working. will go in person to inquire. Mechanic said it was not broke, but it is. It does beep after the length of miles that it has been activated for for too long. I hope they will listen to me now and I don't have to go to my other mechanic at home. There were some bumps, but I love the truck and look forward to many years in it.
